Criminal Court Evaluations

These evaluations focus on level of risk, mitigation, substance abuse, mental health and psychological issues, and specific types of offenses such as violent or sexual crimes. These evaluations can be completed for either juveniles or adults who are either in the community or are currently incarcerated, and can be completed pre or post allegation or conviction. These evaluations can either be directed via court order or are sought voluntarily by either defense or prosecution. The fees for this type of evaluation vary depending on allegations, charges, and incarceration.

VIOLENCE/BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT

These evaluations are usually completed following an allegation or concerns and can be mandated by courts or schools, or sought voluntarily.  The fee for this type of evaluation varies depending on allegation or concerns and is available for children, adolescents, or adults.
